.:Description:
At first glance, you might assume Thornpaw was 7 or 8 moons old, as he is quite large for his 6 moons. Thornpaw is built thickly, his body covered with already strong muscles. Thick, multi-colored fur protects Thornpaw from the cold. Most of his coat is a dark grey color, with splashes of darker browns along his sides. His stomach holds light browns and creams, as does his chest and throat. In the center of his chest sits an area pure white in color, which Thornpaw spends every evening cleaning of debris.
Along the planes of his triangular face, are two large, amber/green eyes. The two saucers are surrounded by rings creamy in color. An attractive feature to Thornpaw’s face is the small orange dab directly above his reddish nose. Which his mother swears is where a StarClan warrior bumped noses with him. Leading up towards his pink ears, are black stripes, almost making the letter M, they trail down his neck and eventually fade into his coat towards his shoulderblades. Under his thick pelt are firm muscles, visible. They're made strong by vigorous training day after day.
Another noticeable attribute to Thornpaw is his level head. Quite contrary to other young apprentices, Thornpaw is quite calm and collected. Needless to say he does have his energy bursts, as do all other 6 moon old young cats. But in the norm, Thornpaw is un-bothered by moodswings or sudden, irrational emotions. Quite an eager young tom, he is curious, inquisitive, and ready to learn.

.:Personality:
Thornpaw’s personality is quite reserved. He always left the exciting, fast-paced things to his brother, Shadepaw. He is quiet and calm, though that does not mean he does not have a deep passion for his Clan. His mother taught him the Warrior Code daily as a kit, and he spends some time each day practicing it. Thornpaw sets a shedule for himself, every day he spends time taking care of his fur, every day he spends some time practicing The Code, every day he makes sure the Elders and Kits have enough water-soaked moss. He does enjoy his routines. Just as he absolutely despises any drastic change.
Thornpaw doesn’t spend much time socializing, as he usually spent his time with his brother. But now that he is more on his own, he has been forced to speak more with his fellow apprentices, and he is quite awkward. Though he is beginning to get better at socializing, he is off to a rocky start. He needs a mentor who will match his needs and have a steady, day to day routine. Who knows, Thornpaw may spread his wings and become a social butterfly.

.:History:
Lilypaw had been seeing Darktail on and off for more than two moons when she realized she was heavy with kits. Darktail nearly fainted when he heard the news. Needless to say, some thyme was in order, but he was overjoyed. Soon after, the pair had two sons, Thornkit and Shadekit. The two were extremely excited, and immediatley began pampering and teaching their kits the ways of ThunderClan.
Thornkit and Shadekit were bestfriends as soon as their eyes were open. Causing miniscule trouble in the nursery while they were only weeks old. He and his brother were always in harmony, neither of them quite the leader, they were equal parts. Neither could get on without the other. Thornkit is the quiet, well behaved one, and Shadekit is the boisterous, troublemaker. The two were like bread and butter.
When the two were apprenticed just a short while ago, Shadekit threw himself into his training rather than stick with his litter-mate. Thornpaw was shocked and offended. He had never not been with his brother, and the sudden seperation was more difficult on his side of the coin. Though Shadepaw didn’t understand his brother’s soreness, he chalked it up to Thornpaw’s distinct disapproval of change.

(More to come when a mentor is assigned! Thanks!)
