Since Poppypaw's mother never named her kits before her death, young Btail instead was left with the task. Initially he did not know what to call the newborns and so simply named them A, B, C and D in their birth order. Eventually, though, it was obvious the kits needed real names, and so Poppypaw was called Poppy for her soft and sweet appearance as well as her light fur. It suits her appearance well, since she is notably dainty and beautiful like a flower. She is fairly small with a slim build and long legs, though like all RiverClan cats she has enough muscle to make her a strong swimmer and a decent runner. Her pelt, though somewhat thinner than average for her Clan, is a silky and smooth white-and-brown mix with striking dark brown streaks that contrast with the very soft shade of brown which covers her back, head and left front leg. Her long tail is also a darker shade than the rest of her fur.
Poppypaw has a remarkably pretty face with her smooth triangular face and symmetrical features. She has a neat mask of pure white fur over her nose and cheeks, though her forehead is light brown. There are prominent dark stripes extending from the corner of each of her eyes right back to behind her ears. Since her dark, olive green eyes are so widely spaced and gently slanted, she has an almost exotic look about her, something which makes her stand out from her siblings. She is very proud of her attractive features and knows how to make the most of them. Personality:
