For centuries our planet has been a battlefield. Humans have always fought wars among themselves, yet there has always been another war. A greater war. This was was fought in shadow, on deserted city streets, dark forests, and even in the churning water of the sea.
The Firebringers are an organization of Shade Hunters that have been around since the fifteenth century. Shades hace always been monsters in their eyes. Creatures of myth and magic that were never intended to exist. No vampire, werewolf or werecat, witch, or shape-shifter will escape the Firebringers. They have hunted each species since they were formed, driving some to near extinction.
The Shades, on the other hand, are getting angry. For centuries they have tried to live their lives in peace. Yet all they've been able to do is travel, trying to keep out of the clutches of the Firebringers. But, perhaps someday soon, a new dawn will come. Perhaps it will be time for Shades to inherit the earth.
The time has come for you to choose a side.
