Spottedheart was elated when she found she was to be having kits, though she knew the only possible father was a ThunderClan cat, she refused to tell anyone who the father was as she knew the clan would not accept any kits from their enemy at that time. The father was a tom named Frostedface, a young cat with tan fur with black paws and muzzle. He never found out he was to be a father, as he was slain by a WindClan warrior in a border skirmish. Dapplepaw also has two siblings, Lilypaw (female) and Mousepaw (male), whom she is rather close to, especially her brother, who always stood up for her when apprentices were teasing them.
Description:
Dapplepaw is sort of small for her age, and definitely the smallest out of her litter. She adopted her mother's brown/golden eyes, and her father's wideset head. Though she and her littermates do not know of their bloodline, other cats can tell that they demonstrate the thick muscled and broad shouldered traits of ThunderClan cats, though the warmhearted siblings never even thought of not being full blooded, they were WindClan at heart. Dapplepaw has a long, thick tail that helps her balance, her small frame body helps her stalk through the tall grass without much coverage, and her tortoise-shell coat give her an even bigger advantage. Hunting really is her muse.
Personality:
Dapplepaw is one of those apprentices that just wholeheartedly wants to please. She throws herself into her learning, with a bounce in her step. She has a sunny outlook on life, mostly adopted from her nurturing mother. Whenever brought into a negative situation, whether it be a rainy day or a squabble in the apprentice den, she has an optimistic demeanor and just wants everything to go smoothly. Dapplepaw is also very strong-willed, and when she does set her mind to something she does everything in her power to get it. Though Dapplepaw is almost always happy, she does take offense easily. Though her siblings could be only joking around she'd get her feeling hurt and sulk around for a few hours, making for a quickly changing mood.
History:
Dapplekit was born at the very beginning of LeafBare, and has no memory of losing two of her original litter mates, neither of her siblings do. During Dapplekit's 5th moon, she became friends with a female apprentice, Stonepaw. She was tough and aggressive and never let anyone make fun of Dapplekit. Not understanding the dangers of being a kit and going out in the open, she let Stonepaw persuade her into going out of camp with her.
She was gone only a short while when Stonepaw spotted a hawk circling overhead. Dapplekit didn't even hear her cry out when she felt the talons digging into her side, she was panicking and scratching in every direction, when her tooth caught a feather and yanked it out, they were only about 12 feet off the ground when the hawk dropped her, she landed in a mound of dirt. She scurried back into the tall grass, to find Stonepaw had already gone to get help, or run, either way. Dapple kit limped back to camp, to find herself in the worst trouble she'd ever known.
Dapplekit's punishment was having her graduation postponed for a month, though she was in the medicine cat's den for most of the month anyways. When she turned 7 moons old, she was appointed into apprenticeship. (I need a mentor to add anymore..)
